Land granted to Revolutionary War Captain John Ingalls.

1815

Banker Sam Blythe builds the current mansion.

Civil War

Dr. James Blackmore uses the home as a hospital for both Confederate and Union soldiers.

Gallatin's first kindergarten is established within its walls.

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Please call for arrangements outside these hours.
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM.
  • Cancellation: 7-day notice required. Late cancellations may result in a partial refund if we can re-book the room(s).
  • Payment: Full payment due at check-in. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX.

House Rules

  • To preserve our historic property, we maintain a smoke-free and pet-free environment.
  • For the comfort of all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.
  • We do not allow minor children (under 18 years of age).
  • Only checked-in guests are permitted on the property.
